LOOK The Doctors Med Spas was built from the belief that aesthetic medicine should feel safe and personal - not clinical in a cold way or so impersonal that clients feel like just another appointment. It was created to feel like the kind of place where everyone knows your name, clients feel genuinely cared for, and relationships matter just as much as results.
Before LOOK existed, Dr. Melinda Dunn spent over a decade practicing family medicine before dedicating herself fully to aesthetic medicine. Over the next four years, she refined her craft and built a philosophy centered around effective results, patient trust, and true medical oversight.
During that time, Laura Baker became one of Dr. Dunn’s loyal clients. Laura trusted Melinda completely and quickly recognized something rare in her knowledge, honesty, results, and integrity. When Laura learned Melinda was considering creating something of her own, she approached her with a vision: build a med spa that raised the standard for what people should expect from aesthetic medicine.
With backgrounds that complemented each other perfectly, Melinda brought the medical expertise and treatment philosophy, while Laura brought the branding, operations, recruiting, and business development needed to build a lasting company and culture.
Melinda took a chance on Laura, and together they took a chance on LOOK.
With a fast remodel of Dr. Dunn’s original practice and a larger transformation of the Mission location, LOOK The Doctors Med Spas was born - built on physician involvement, elevated experience, talented people, and a commitment to helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
