Before joining LOOK, Laura built a successful career leading operations, business development, marketing, and growth initiatives across multiple industries. Her experience scaling businesses and creating strong operational foundations continues to influence her leadership approach today.
At LOOK Med Spas, Laura oversees operations, strategic planning, branding, team development, and client experience. She believes exceptional results begin with trust, communication, and meaningful relationships, helping create an environment that feels both elevated and welcoming.
Working alongside Medical Director Dr. Melinda Dunn, Laura has helped build LOOK around personalized care, transparent education, and genuine connection. Together, they share a vision of helping clients feel like the very best version of themselves.
Outside of LOOK, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and their children, skiing, training the family’s German Shepherd, and connecting with people from all walks of life. She is passionate about building communities where people feel welcomed, valued, and inspired.
