Cancellation Policy

Clear expectations help us protect appointment time for every client while keeping your experience straightforward and personal.

Many of our treatments are customized at the time of your visit, and final service totals can vary based on your provider’s assessment. A flat cancellation fee helps set expectations clearly regardless of how your treatment plan evolves.

Same-day cancellation fees

• Facials and brow services: $50

• Microneedling and energy-based treatments: $100

• Wellness and injectable appointments with our medical team: $100

Medication orders

Medication orders will be held for 3 days. After that, payment will be processed and your items will remain available for pickup at your convenience.

A note on notice

We always understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we truly appreciate as much notice as possible so we may offer your appointment time to another client.
